Natalie Bustos

Natalie Bustos is a hospitality leader, entrepreneur, and business builder with nearly 15 years of
experience in sales, venue management, events, operations, and creating revenue-driven
experiences. Beginning her career in sales, she expanded her expertise into event production, venue
operations, and hospitality strategy, later founding Brava Events and earning multiple industry awards
while becoming a trusted partner throughout the Texas event community.

Her passion for people, creative revenue growth, and building sustainable systems has allowed her to
transform event programs, develop successful teams, and grow businesses across venues, private
membership clubs, and hospitality spaces. Now serving as Assistant Director of Operations & Guest
Experience for Jason Dady Restaurant Group and a member of Latina Leadership Institute Cohort 11,
Natalie continues to focus on strengthening businesses through relationships, strategy, and
exceptional hospitality.
