Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation by Texas Event Summit
Texas Event Summit reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event, session, workshop, or related experience due to low enrollment, speaker availability, venue issues, force majeure, or other circumstances that make the event non-viable.
If Texas Event Summit cancels an event, registered attendees will be offered either:
a full refund, or
the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event date, if applicable.
If an event is postponed, Texas Event Summit reserves the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event on the new date.
Texas Event Summit is not responsible for reimbursing any attendee for travel, hotel, airfare, vendor, or other personal expenses related to the cancellation or postponement of an event.
Attendee Cancellation Policy for Texas Event Summit 2026
Once registered, attendees may cancel their registration up to 60 days before the event start date for a $150 cancellation fee.
If cancellation occurs within 60 days of the event start date, attendees will forfeit 50% of their registration fee, or $150, whichever amount is greater.
If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event start date, registration becomes nonrefundable.
Cancellation Deadlines
Cancel on or before Thursday, May 21, 2026
Fee: $150 cancellation fee
Refund: Remaining registration balance will be refunded
Cancel between May 22, 2026 and June 20, 2026
Fee: 50% of the registration fee or $150, whichever amount is greater
Refund: Remaining eligible balance will be refunded
Cancel after June 20, 2026
Refund: No refund will be issued
